Our unique weekly Elite Coaching & Thinking Partner calls has two parts:
- The first 20-30 minutes - we do the review or the teaching on a new topic related to mindset and teamwork, What need to design a fulfill life purpose or a success business.
- The last 60 minutes is Coaching & Thinking Partner session.
There is no one size fit all. Other participants' questions enhance your knowledge but their answers might not be your best solution.
Preparation in advance of the Coaching & Thinking Partner call will allow you to maximize on the time with your coach. Prior to the session, consider and answer the following questions.
- What had I accomplished from my previous Coaching & Thinking Partner calls?
- What were my challenges?
- What do I want to be held accountable for?
- What else would make this call the most productive and move me in the direction of my goals/objectives?
- What were my Coaching & Thinking Partner relationships bothered me or wasn't working as well as it could?
- Topic - What is my challenges and that I want Dr.Sharon and Elizabeth Coach me or be my Thinking Partner?
- Goal - What do I want to achieve from the call?
- Outcome - We have an hour together, What do I want to take away from this call?
